Registration Details
Online shoppers will be registering and signing in for placing orders on our Site/App. We request online shoppers to furnish current and correct for communications details regarding purchases in our site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. Online shoppers can opt out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the customer service.
Pricing Conditions
We always sell prodcts online at MRP price only. For some of the commodites like fresh food prices change on daily basis. If the prices change to lower or higher , we will either refund or collect the difference amount at the time of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
If the customer is not satisfied with delivered prodcut with quality or freshness, then we will take the returned product back. A credit note will be issued for the value of the returned product and it will be credited back to customer account.
Cancellation Rules
Online shoppers can cancel the order within the stipulated cutt-off time of the slot you have order for by calling our customer care service. Immediate refund will be done in this case. If we suspect that the trasaction is fradulent, which breaches our terms and conditions we will cancel the order at our discretion.
Legal Obligations
This agreement construed as per the applicable laws in India. Any legal disputes arised out of this agreement will be at the courts of Hyderabad Telangana.
